Dale is the business and technology solution architect for Utiliworks. He has extensive knowledge of the technology, software and networking components that are utilized in the AMI market. By utilizing proven workflow and asset management techniques that he has practiced over the last 20 years, Dale is able to assist clients in maximizing the benefits of their technology investment. Dale founded Utiliworks in 2005. He has since been included in various industry publications and presents regularly at related events. |

Todd Barlow VP Operations Systems Engineer |
Todd is responsible for all company planning, resource development and contract fulfillment activities. He spends much of his time visiting customers, partners and vendors in the Assessment and Design stages to insure that appropriate project evaluation and contract definition supports the technical and business objectives for the project. He has 20 years of experience in the utility industry including AMI, SCADA and process control applications. Todd effectively combines application knowledge with a practical understanding of commercial transactions involving owners, suppliers, engineering firms, construction, installation and systems integration companies. |

Bob is responsible for overall project execution and delivery. He has over 25 years of experience managing complex projects and extensive knowledge enterprise resource planning and utility business process. Bob and his project teams develop the implementation strategy and detail plans that must be communicated and executed between vendor and client resources to achieve the project goals. |

Kody Salem Principal Consultant |
Kody is an engineer with over 20 years experience in RF communications, instrumentation and control devices, SCADA, data management and AMI implementation. He brings a practical background in plant operations, automation project delivery and data systems, and diverse knowledge of the essential skills required for all areas of AMI assessment and delivery, in addition to highly refined leadership, management and communication skills. Kody holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering technology from Purdue University, as well as numerous certifications from the U.S. Department of Energy. |

Tisha is a communication systems engineer with over 25 years of industry expertise working with water and electric utilities. She has extensive experience in SCADA, telecommunications and radio telemetry systems. Tisha plays an integral role in the technological communications pertaining to our AMI and Smart Grid projects. Tisha holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering technology from Illinois Institute of Technology. |

Al is an electrical engineer with 25 years of software and hardware experience specializing in system assessment, specification and design. Al plays a role in the development and management of SCADA, DBMS, real-time data utilization, software implementation and overall asset management for AMI projects. Al earned his degree in electrical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. |

Keri Hebert Assistant Operations Manager |
Keri serves in a communications role for project planning and project execution. Most Utiliworks projects contain significant amount of customer data including GIS, billing file exports, business process maps, meter data and aerial photography. She manages all of the scheduling and communication tools for the Utiliworks Project Management group, to insure predictable project outcomes. |

Nicole Pennington Marketing Coordinator |
Nicole’s responsibilities for Utiliworks include supporting the company’s sales and marketing activities and assisting in the development of client deliverables. Her role is to maximize national media outlets, increase sales activities, perform in-depth research and grow the overall communications channel. Nicole graduated from Rutgers University with a dual degree in journalism/ media studies and environmental science. |

Dave has worked with private and municipal utilities for 25 years as a business services consultant and operations manager. His diverse utility background includes extensive management capability in metering, billing and collection, customer service, utility accounting, and business unit development. His consulting experience includes work in automated metering technology assessment and procurement; customer service process improvement; revenue enhancement; software selection and implementation; and market and competitive assessment. |

John is responsible for exploring, understanding and mapping all current state customer business practices. He is a certified trainer in Lean Enterprise Methodology and Value Stream Mapping. He facilitates Business Process Improvement and Quality Initiatives that are developed in response to AMI future state designs. |

Bobby Andrews Project Manager |
Bobby manages the field installation, inspection and quality assurance functions for AMI deployments. As an electrical engineer with over 25 years of plant and field automation experience, Bobby understands the key functions in deployment including: network planning, component installation, coordination and training and final system commissioning. |

David Schilling Data Systems Analyst |
David is responsible for analyzing the client’s existing data systems and translating the business requirements of the Future State Business Design into technical requirements for software views, reports and alarms. These are mapped against the functionality of AMI, MDM, CIS and Work Management systems to form an Overall System Architecture that is required to deliver the project objectives. He has over 20 years of experience in data analysis and programming in the utility sector. |
